These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to all orders for items which you, acting in your individual capacity as a consumer ("you") place with us MPLG Limited, trading as WrightBower ("we" "us" or "our") on-line using the website which we operate from the URL: www.wrightbower.com and other URLS from time to time ("Website").

If you are a trade buyer or acting in the course of a business please contact our Customer Services team.

For legal reasons we can only sell items via this Website or by telephone to individuals aged 18 or over.  If you are under 18 you must involve a parent or guardian when placing orders on-line using the Website. This Website is intended for use only by individuals who access it from within the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.  If you choose to access the Website from locations outside these territories, you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent they apply.

We are an English registered company and this Website and the information and marketing materials contained on it are provided in the English language only.  If you do not understand all or any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not place orders using this Website. Please contact our Customer Services team.

Before placing your order, please read carefully these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Website Conditions of Use and other policies we may notify you of. You should print or download copies for your future reference. Together they constitute the entire agreement between us. You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the other terms and conditions referred to above when you click the "accept" button.

  

Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. If you are shopping from outside the U.K. your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.

  

Delivery

We deliver within the mainland UK using either Royal Mail Special delivery or a carrier service. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 1-3 working day of dispatch.

Delivery outside of the UK is by DHL. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to shopping basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. We only accept your order when we have confirmed availability and have processed the payment on your credit card successfully. The contract between us is formed at the point we accept your order. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

  

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition in the original packaging at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.
